Stephanie Boucher

My name is Stephanie Boucher, and I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges and find freedom and happiness.

Life can be tough, and facing mental and emotional blocks can feel overwhelming. But remember, you are not alone, and there is hope for a brighter future. My approach is centered around you, the client. I meet you where you are and work at your pace, guiding you towards a more fulfilling life.

Anxiety, depression, and PTSD are areas where I specialize in working with adult men and women. I understand the impact these issues can have on your daily life, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

My belief is that knowledge is power. By gaining a deeper understanding of your life and yourself, you can regain control over your challenges. Together, we will explore the roots of stress and anxiety, empowering you to take charge of your life. Additionally, I am here to help you process pain and loss, offering you an eye-opening and transformative experience.

If you’re ready to take the first step towards positive change, I encourage you to reach out and schedule a session. Remember, there’s no need to face life’s challenges alone – I am here to support you every step of the way.

I look forward to working with you and helping you find the peace and happiness you deserve.

Warm regards, Stephanie Boucher
